The Service provides temporary email addresses, custom mailbox receiving, temporary-email API access, and custom email-domain services. Features and availability may change.

You must comply with applicable laws, provide accurate registration information, protect your account credentials, and not transfer your account to another person.

3. Prohibited conduct

You may not use the Service for spam, malicious marketing, harassment, fraud, unlawful activity, abusive third-party registrations, infringement, harmful content, unauthorized access, or interference with the Service.

4. Limitations and risks

Temporary addresses are not guaranteed to be unique, permanent, or fully reliable. Third-party provider policies, technical limits, and spam filters may cause email delays, interception, or delivery failures.

The Service and its technology, design, and branding belong to Temporam or its licensors. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of stability, error-free operation, or continuity.

6. Liability, changes, and disputes

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, or data loss. Any direct liability is limited to the fees you paid for the Service. We may change, suspend, or end features. Disputes should first be resolved through good-faith negotiation, then by a court with jurisdiction where the operator is located.
